Reproductive JusticeWith an exceptional record in protecting reproductive freedom in the state and nation, WLP attorneys have represented plaintiffs in three landmark U.S. Supreme Court decisions, safeguarded women’s unimpeded access to health clinics, ensured pregnant women’s medical autonomy, improved access to Medicaid-funded abortions and accomplished major policy changes to improve the lives of pregnant and parenting women. Our commitment is to ensure the basic right of all women to decide freely on issues of childbearing and sexual and reproductive health without threat of coercion, violence or discrimination.
